Return Policy
Return shipments to Russia are not possible via transport companies.
You can arrange a return only in person or send the item back through a third party to Russia.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Only new, unused items are eligible for return. We do not accept returns for items with signs of washing, wearing, or any other use.
- Please keep the original packaging and full set of accessories. Do not remove hangtags or care labels until you are sure you are keeping the item.
